Australasian Exhibitions & Events Pty Ltd (AEE) is an Australian owned company with a focus on delivering exhibitions and events of the highest industry standards and professionalism. The company was established in 2004 and is based in Port Melbourne with a team of 5 staff who are all highly experienced in staging both small and large events for a broad range of industry sectors. Managing Director, Noel Gray, has over 28 years of experience in the exhibition industry and has been involved in launching and managing some of Australia’s largest and most successful trade and public exhibitions.

AEE works closely with all relevant industry sectors and stakeholders to ensure that these events accurately reflect the requirements of the industries it serves.

As well as organizing and staging its own exhibitions, AEE offers a range of management services with packages tailored to suit the needs of individual clients. AEE also partners with organisations or individuals who are looking for expertise and experience to launch new exhibition concepts or to assist in managing or expanding existing show concepts.

Noel Gray Managing Director AEE

Prior to establishing AEE in 2004 Managing Director Noel Gray worked with one of Australia’s largest exhibition organisers, Australian Exhibition Services (now Diversified Exhibitions) for over 20 years as General Manager and was responsible for the launch and management of some of Australia’s leading trade, business and public events. These included Fine Food Australia, Interbuild, Investment and Property Expo, PC shows, Textile, Clothing Footwear International, Good Food Shows and Elenex and Automate.

Noel has also been a committee member of the Exhibition and Events Industry Association of Australia and has personally worked on every aspect of exhibitions from sales and marketing to management and site operations at shows and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of staging major public and trade exhibitions. He has been involved with staging exhibitions at virtually all the major venues throughout Australia as has an extensive knowledge of operational and logistical requirements at these venues. In addition he has had extensive experience with co-ordinating international exhibitions in Australia and is well versed in visa processing procedures and other specific forwarding and shipping requirements for international exhibitions.
